What it Takes to Become Verified
To earn TCM Verified status, you’ll go through a five-point process designed to build trust between your business and Howard County families.
1) STANDARDS
We review your website and social media to ensure they meet our TCMV Standars. (Get our Pre-Verification Checklist here!)
2) REVIEWS
We check that your business has at least 15 public digital reviews with an average rating of 4.0 stars (80% or higher)
3) CREDENTIALS
We verify that you possess all legally required business or trade licenses.
4) INTERVIEW
A leader from your business will conduct a public video interview for your directory listing.
5) APPROVAL
Once verified, you pay an annual fee for the initial verification and future upkeep of your listing.
