I’m so excited to share that Chef Alba, an incredible culinary storyteller and teacher, is bringing her Secrets of Mediterranean Spices class to Mary’s Land Farm here in Howard County, MD on June 28 from 12:00 PM- 2:30 PM.
Born in Italy and raised in Tunisia, Chef Alba has spent decades sharing the rustic, vibrant dishes of her heritage. In this hands-on class, you’ll explore the history and healing nature of Mediterranean spices while learning how to build flavor with confidence. We’ll cook and enjoy a beautiful menu together: beef and chickpea lettuce wraps, Moorish chicken skewers, lemon couscous, and semolina cake—all rooted in tradition, yet easy enough to make at home.
