Celebrate Active Aging Week with the Encore 50+ Showcase at Blandair Park’s North Area in Columbia, Maryland. This free event is designed to engage, inspire, and energize adults 50 and older through a variety of hands-on experiences and wellness-focused activities.
Enjoy mini fitness demos, art projects, giveaways, and the opportunity to try bocce and archery. Meet with local vendors specializing in health, recreation, and aging services. The first 100 attendees will receive a free Auntie Anne’s soft pretzel, thanks to our generous sponsors. A food truck will also be on-site, and guided nature walks will take place throughout the day as part of Maryland’s Walktober celebration.
