Howard County Mom Best Coffee Cake Recipe

So I can’t take complete credit for this, so you can thank MY MAMA! We make this coffee cake for ALL occaisions: brunch, holidays, birthdays, & more! You can also easily make it ahead of time, freeze, and then serve later too!

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 box yellow cake mix

• 1 1/3 cups water

• 3 eggs

• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla

CRUMBS:

• Melt 1 pound of butter

• 1 1/2 cups sugar

• 3 tsp vanilla

• 4 tsp cinnamon

• 4 cups flour

• ***Melt butter, & mix all ingredients together in large bowl

STEPS:

• Preheat oven to 350, & spray large baking dish (at least 9X13)

• blend cake ingredients, beat for 2 miniutes

• bake cake for 20min (make sure cooked all the way through)

• Remove cake from oven & sprinkle crumb topping all over

• Bake for another 2omin, then let cool

• Sprinkle with powdered sugar & serve
