The indoor space features gorgeous high ceilings and the outdoor space has a lovely patio with a small pavilion and garden to serve as your focal point. Rodger Carter Community Center: Roger Carter Community Center offers both room rentals and party packages. party packages include table coverings, plates, napkins, cups and eating utensils for 20 guests; fees applied for additional guests. Party times are scheduled depending on room availability. Roger Carter also offers multiple spaces within the facility for rent.
