Design your own vase filled with summer’s star bloom, sunflowers. Choose from an array of bright blooms from the 6+ acre sunflower field, complemented with zinnias, celosias, and other beautiful local flowers.  Instructor, Lisa Derx, will give a demonstration, sharing how to select the best blooms, how to condition them for maximum vase life, and design tips to showcase your creativity.  Enjoy snacks and snips, and getting to know each other while learning new skills and being inspired by our own and other’s imaginative designs.  Each participant will take home their own design in a glass vase.
