Backwater Books presents the Patapsco Literary Festival of Old Ellicott city on Saturday, September 27th, starting at 10am.
Over 20 authors will be in town for panels, discussions, and signing. Three stages will be set up in town - Doc Taylor's Children's Stage, Crazy Mason Young Adult Stage, and Backwater Books Main Stage. Festivities start at 10am and conclude with a Caleb Stine concert at 8pm.
