The MACC In-School Arts Residency is a dynamic arts education program presented by Merriweather Arts and Culture in partnership with Howard County Public Schools in Ellicott City, Maryland. This residency brings professional artists directly into schools, providing students with meaningful opportunities to engage in creative expression, cultural exploration, and hands-on learning during the school day.

Designed to benefit students, educators, families, and the wider community, the program supports arts access and enrichment across Howard County. Taking place from February 20 through February 28, 2026, the residency highlights the power of the arts to inspire, educate, and connect.
