Start off your day of feasting with a triple does of fitness! Join in at 8am on the Columbia Athletic Club tennis courts for a taste of three fantastic fitness fortmats!
Participants will enjoy 30-minute segments of Cardio Tennis, Tribe Team Training, and Mat Pilates!
Cardio Tennis - You will get a full-body calorie burning, aerobic workout using low compression tennis balls in a series of fun drills and games!
Tribe Team Training - You'll do a combination of strength, power and conditioning exercises that will strengthen your muscles and keep those calories burning for hours!
Mat Pilates - Round out the fitness frenzy with practice that will leave your muscles feeling strengthened, toned and stretched.
