The 50+ Health and Wellness Open House at the Roger Carter Community Center in Ellicott City, Maryland invites adults ages 50 and older to explore fun, accessible ways to stay active and healthy. Enjoy interactive demonstrations throughout the pool, gym, and dance studio while learning how movement supports both physical and mental well-being. Local staff and program representatives from personal training, Active Aging, Therapeutic Recreation, and Trips and Tours will be on hand to answer questions and share resources.

Participants can enjoy complimentary chair massages, a one-day pool pass, healthy snacks, giveaways, and a raffle with exciting prizes including a Go50+ Pool and Fitness membership.
