We finally got to check out the newly built SCHOOLEY MILL PARK, located in Highland, MD, about a 10-15min drive from Columbia ☺️

The kids loved it, and you could easily spend longer if you wanted to picnic, walk around the other park areas (including tennis, sand volleyball, & more).

FYI: the main playground area was not very shaded, so definitely plan on sunscreen, or be careful on hot hot days! There are shady respite areas, like around the playground (to the side), park benches, and by the picnic pavilion.
