Epcot Recap + Tips from the Columbia Mom

OUR DAY AT EPCOT:

Went spent our 2nd day in FL at ECPOT! And honestly, we had really low expectations for the day in general. Not because we don’t love it here, but there’s just not as many rides in general as there are at Magic Kingdom. And even then, some of the ones we knew we’d really like would be hard to get, and/or possibly the kids might not be able to do. 

So with that in mind, we spent most of the day taking our time walking around, exploring the different countries, trying different foods & drinks (WEEE!), and also got to do some rides along the way. We didn’t feel like we had to hustle as hard with the Lightening Lane passes as much on this day, but we still had to be strategic. 

RIDES:

• Soaring

• Frozen 

• Nemo

• Spaceship Earth

• Gran Fiesta boat ride

• **met Anna & Elsa!

FOOD:

• Kir Royale

• Joffrey’s Espresso + Donuts

• Lunch = Le Cellier Steakhouse (get the Magical Beacon Cocktail! You get to keep the magic glow cube!) 

• DINNER = Spice Road Table  (fantastic Mediterranean tapas)

• Chocolate mouse  

MUSTS/LOVES:

• Bubble wands

• Light sticks

• Double stroller

• Photopass

• Aquarium + indoor playground in Nemo’s world

• Walking around & checking out each country area 

• Trying different cuisines & drinks “around the world” 

• FREE lakeside concerts

• FREE nighttime broadway show

• Harmonious Fireworks show
