I finally went to @chickenandwhiskey and guys, the food was amazing ! It is Peruvian style chicken & food (so think rotisserie style chicken, yuca, plantain chips, arepas, & more !)

I love their concept of ordering your food cafe-style, but there is also a full service bar (with a music stage going to be built soon!)

I am all about the atmosphere & ambience of a restaurant, and it is so colorful, vibrant, and fun! It is great to come to eat for lunch or dinner, families, date night, or even food to go!

“In 2017, we set out to create a Peruvian rotisserie chicken joint that served food to Washington, DC good, fast and cheap – we threw in a Whiskey Bar just for fun.

‍Then we partnered with superstar chef, Enrique Limardo... and that’s when the magic happened!”

Recently I had the opportunity to meet the C&W Columbia owner & chef Enrique, who is literally a Michelin Star chef who helped design & create their menu — and it shows!

My favorite dish so far: the MAC & QUESO! Oh and their Churro Donuts, a MUST!
