I finally got to try my first ever @andrunningstudio workout class about a week ago - and spoiler alert: loved it!

Fun fact about me: I grew up a soccer player (it’s in my blood 😝 though I’m not entirely all that great at it haha). During college I started dabbling with doing 5K’s and going for jobs. And after graduation, I got into doing boy running & completed 5 half marathons.

Since moving to Columbia, I do sometimes get the itch to get back into running since it’s such an incredible community that lends itself sooo easily to running with all the trails, lakes, & paths.

That being said, &Running is not only a great workout class if you’re looking for HIIT, cardio burst, or weight training - but INCREDIBLE cross training for all kinds of runners, athletes, & fitness levels!

Don’t led the treadmills overwhelm you - you truly can take everything at your own pace!
