Merriweather Arts, Culture and Community offers a variety of free events for Families throughout the summer into the early fall. From August through September there are some great upcoming events for families of all ages. They include:
Amped in the Park
In partnership with Merriweather Arts and Culture Center & Columbia Festival of the Arts, AMPED in the Park is back! Summertime is finally here and there’s no better way to end your week and gear up for your weekend than live music outdoors. Bring your lawn chairs and picnic blankets as we celebrate summertime at Merriweather District. Each week, guests will enjoy live music, giveaways, activations, and more!

Merriweather Movie Night
MACC brings you a FREE night out at one of the East Coast's best outdoor venues, Merriweather Post Pavilion. Grab a seat under the pavilion or bring blankets, pillows, and chairs for the lawn, and get ready to watch a film you won't forget.
